The prices of the articles are specified in each product sheet. 5th Avenue and Perfumería Europa reserve the right to modify prices at any time, in which case the valid price will be the one of the date on which the online purchase was made.

We have a commercial policy where we reduce the margin we obtain, so that you can always buy the best brands of perfumery, cosmetics and makeup products at the best price. In addition, as it is an online store, we reduce some of our costs, with which we can further improve the prices of our products as well as a constant monitoring of pricing to our competitors.

Adding new products to your shopping cart is very easy. The option "Add to cart" is available on each product sheet. The selected product will be added to your "shopping cart".

No, we do not sell testers neither in our online store nor in our physical stores. Testers are perfumes that manufacturers provide to publicize fragrances, cosmetics or makeup products before making a purchase. Therefore, they are not suitable for sale.

If a product appears as out of stock, you can insert your email by clicking on the button "Not available. Let me know." As soon as the selected product is available again, a notice will be sent to the email address provided. We are continually updating and replenishing products on our website.

At the top right of the screen is the section "Your shopping cart", where you can consult the items you have selected at any time. When you finish the purchase process, press the button "make payment" in the shopping cart. At that moment, the system will ask you to identify yourself and enter all your contact information and delivery address of the order. At any time you can access your cart to view and / or modify your shopping list, as long as the order has not been processed.

Although you can order without opening an account, if you register with us, you can make the payment process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders.

Many of the perfumery and cosmetic products are for external use only. Avoid eye contact. If the product gets into the eyes, rinse well with water. Discontinue use if signs of irritation appear. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use unspecified products on children.

Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number so that you can always know the status of the order in real time.

5th Avenue reserves the right to set limits on the orders received. In the event of an incident, the Customer Service department will contact you to specify the steps to follow.

Payment of purchases made in the online store is allowed in the following ways:

Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard and PayPal.

After creating an order, you are redirected to the secure payment gateway of the Redsys platform (https://pagosonline.redsys.es/) where you can enter the necessary data for payment. Our employees do not have access to the Customer's card details.

PayPal

After creating an order, the Customer will be redirected to a secure PayPal gateway, where they will access their PayPal account to complete the purchase. At 5TH Avenue online and Perfumería Europa online we do not have access to the Client's PayPal account or any other information related to the Client's PayPal account.

Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer. Shipments to PO boxes are not allowed. The customer agrees to provide an address where the order can be delivered within the normal hours for the delivery of goods. In case of breach of this obligation, 5th Avenue online / Perfumería Europa online will not have any responsibility for the delay or inability to deliver the requested order.

Yes. Once the purchase is made, you will receive an email confirming your shipment with the order details and a link to track the status of the shipment.

We carry out all our shipments with TIPSA.

TIPSA is the reference for urgent transport in Spain and Portugal. TIPSA is part of the DPD group (DPD, Chronopost, TIPSA and BRT), one of the largest international express transport networks.

The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, in the Canary Islands. In the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla from 3 to 6 business days. For the rest of the countries of Europe, the time vary between 3 and 12 business days (see detailed table by countries in SHIPPING AND DELIVERY).
