I HAVE MADE A PURCHASE, BUT I WANT TO RETURN ONE OR MORE PRODUCTS.

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the products to us. You have 14 calendar days to do so (legal deadline), starting the day after you receive the product.

The only thing you must bear in mind is that the returned products must be unused, in their original packaging and with their seal intact (if they have one).

The shipping costs of the initial order (if any) will not be refunded and you will have to pay the shipping costs for the return.

We will check the condition of the product and refund you within 14 calendar days of receipt of the parcel.

 

WHAT CAN I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM?

 
In the event of a defect, damage or error in any item received, we will offer you the best solution, also managing the return shipment, if necessary.

Write to us at online@5th.es or via our contact form and we will explain the steps to follow. You have 72 hours from the reception of your order to inform us of the incident.

In the case of erroneous products, in order for us to accept the return, they must be unused, and with their original packaging and seal intact (if they have it).

After completion of the check, if necessary, we will arrange for collection by our courier service. Please note that free pick up can only be arranged once. When we receive the product and after verification, we will arrange a refund or a new shipment with the correct product.

It is important to note that the images of the items in our online shop are illustrative and may differ from the actual product received. The colours in some items may vary due to limitations within the photographic process and variations in the screen. Also, brands make packaging changes for the same reference, and it is possible that, for this reason, the image of the bottle and/or packaging shown for a product on our website may differ from the one you receive. However, this is a change of packaging, not a change of product. In such cases, the item cannot be considered incorrect.

 

ALLERGIES

We must warn you that we do not return products due to allergic reactions. It is up to you to know what ingredients you are allergic to.

If you experience an allergic reaction, stop using the product immediately.

 

DOES MY PRODUCT COME WITH A GUARANTEE?

 

We only sell 100% authentic products. We do not sell any counterfeit or copy. We are official distributors of all the brands of perfumery, cosmetics, make-up, sunscreen, sunglasses and beauty accessories that we sell.

The product warranty lasts for 3 years from the date of order and covers defects in materials and workmanship, which must be verified by an authorised technical service to proceed to the replacement of parts or repair.

The Watches, Glasses, Jewellery and Bags purchased at 5th Avenue also have a "Guarantee" or "Certificate of Authenticity" issued by the manufacturer.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, mishandling, carelessness or tampering by unauthorised persons. The warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear of the products.

Make use of the warranty when necessary: send us an email to online@5th.es enclosing the proof of purchase and the warranty certificate (if the product has one).

The warranty is valid throughout the European Union. When we accept its use, we will take care of the procedure with the authorised technical service nearest to your home.

 

Please note that all procedures relating to returns and the use of warranties must be processed through the channels described above. None of these procedures can be carried out in our physical shops.
