ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

You can conveniently track your shipment from the moment you make your purchase. We recommend you to register as a customer to track the shipment directly on 5th.es. In addition to the information that we provide you about your shipment, the delivery company may also contact you to ask for further information, if necessary.

The e-mail you enter is where you will receive the confirmation of your purchase, but also the information about the status of your shipment. In addition, the delivery company uses the e-mail and telephone provided if they need to reach you in order to arrange the delivery.

The shipping address indicated when placing your order is the one used by the shipping company to make the delivery. If it is not correct or incomplete, your package may not reach its destination. At the end of the purchase, check that you have entered your address information correctly in each field (we have implemented GOOGLE PLACES that will help you complete some fields). Check before paying that the address is correct and do not forget to add all the information that you think may be of help to the delivery person (Number / Stair / Floor / Letter and others).

In some countries, you can select safe place delivery option (garden, terrace, door or other access to the adress). If you select this option, you must bear in mind that you assume a risk and lose the right to possible claims.
