INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

We apply these conditions when you access or place an order on our 5TH Avenue online and Perfumería Europa online website, owned by:

If you wish to contact us, you must send an email to online@5th.es. Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (GMT +1). We operate an email system to process them in the order received.

ORDERS

All communications you receive from 5th Avenue online / Perfumería Europa online will be sent to your email address as provided when placing the order. If you do not receive a confirmation email after placing an order, please contact us immediately as it may not have been received or sent well.

CONTRACT

The following steps are necessary to create the contract between you and our company:

You place the order for the products on the website once you make the payment for it.

We will send you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not a confirmation of the order placed.

When your item ships from our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.

The acceptance of the order and the termination of the contract between you and us will be valid after the delivery of the ordered products.

PRODUCTS AND PRICES

Images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product received. Colours on some items may vary due to limitations within the photographic process and display variations.

Likewise, brands make packaging changes for the same reference, and it is possible that, for this reason, the image of the bottle and / or packaging shown for a product on our website may differ from the one received by the customer. However, it is a change of packaging, and not of product (the composition / characteristics of the same do not change).

All stocks and prices are subject to availability, items added to the cart may change as you proceed to checkout, so please double-check your order before submitting the corresponding payment acceptance.

All prices that appear in EUR (€) include the corresponding taxes on added value, or similar (Igic in the Canary Islands- Spain).

The price of a product is the one indicated on the website at the time you place your order, except in the case of an obvious error. If we discover an error in the price of a product that you have ordered, we will not be responsible for supplying that item to you at the indicated price. In this case, we will contact you to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order and ensure that all funds are returned.

5TH Avenue online and Perfumería Europa online reserve the right to cancel or reject orders at any time, restrict the quantities of certain items or deliver certain orders to the billing address only at the discretion of our administration.

5TH Avenue online and Perfumería Europa online reserve the right to withdraw, restrict the use of promotional codes and restrict / cancel the use of promotional codes together.

Once an order has been placed, 5TH Avenue Online and Perfumería Europa Online can not guarantee that changes can be made to an order before the order is shipped.

If 5TH Avenue online and Perfumería Europa online cannot fulfill part or all of your order due to unavailable stock, we will refund your payment for the items we are unable to supply. 5TH Avenue online and Perfumería Europa online will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation in any way for the damage suffered.

PAYMENTS

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship to Spanish territory and most European countries (click here for more information on shipping and delivery).

The customer must ensure that the shipping information is correctly completed when placing the order. You can check them in the purchase summary received by mail at the end of it. If the client notices that any data is missing, he must urgently communicate it to online@5th.es.

If delivery details are not provided correctly, our estimated delivery times may not be met. There is also the possibility of a supplement payment to the carrier for your order to be delivered.

Our personalised shipping boxes are sent closed and sealed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure, at the time of delivery, that the box has not been tampered with or opened. If the customer accepts the package tampered with or opened, we will not attend to any possible claims that may arise.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you permission to download, display, view, use and / or print sections of the website for your personal and non-commercial use only.
